In short, the technology uses a safe, self-contained photo catalytic reactor, energized and activated by non-ozone producing high energy UV tubes to create "fixed hydroxyl radicals" which mineralize any organics matter drawn into the machine. According to our CEO, Joseph K. Schulman and the product's manufacturer, KesAir Technologies of Atlanta, when used, it destroys any microorganism including bacteria and virus, spore, VOC, inluding organic odors and produces virtually pure air with only trace amounts of CO2 and water vapor exiting the machine.

THE EQUIPMENT

Attractively designed, the equipment mounts easily to walls and ceilings, allowing for complete oxidation of organic matter drawn through its dual PCO/UVGI reactor chambers. It removes bacteria, viruses, molds, fungi, VOCs, and organic odors, leaving nothing but trace amounts of CO2 and water vapor behind.
